3fachai Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

By accessing 3fachai, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules or promotion terms referenced herein.

3fachai reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed are subject to suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 3fachai platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username and password — and for all activity that occurs under your account. 3fachai will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your 3fachai password with anyone — including people who claim to be 3fachai support staff. 3fachai staff will never ask for your password.
• Use a unique, strong password for your 3fachai account and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices.
• Contact 3fachai support immediately if you notice unauthorised activity on your account.

3fachai reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC compliance obligations. Failure to provide documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.

All deposits at 3fachai are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP ₱). The platform accepts deposits through the following channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel. GCash and Maya deposits start from ₱100. Bank transfer and card deposits may carry a higher minimum of ₱200 to ₱500 depending on the channel. Current minimums are displayed in the 3fachai cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are transferred from an account belonging to another individual — are not permitted. • 3fachai does not charge internal fees on deposits. Your payment provider's own fees, if any, are outside 3fachai's control.
• Deposits made in error — wrong amount, or to an incorrect account reference — should be reported to 3fachai support immediately.
• 3fachai reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that appear to be associated with suspicious, fraudulent, or money-laundering activity.
• Deposit limits can be set by the player at any time through the responsible gaming tools in account settings.

Withdrawal requests at 3fachai are processed to the same payment channel used for the player's deposit where operationally possible. All withdrawals are denominated in Philippine pesos and are subject to the completion of KYC identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are ₱200 for GCash, Maya, Coins.ph, and card channels, and ₱500 for bank transfer channels including InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. 3fachai does not charge internal fees on withdrawals.

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent KYC verification process.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to access or interact with 3fachai games, promotions, or account features.
• Exploiting, or attempting to exploit, any technical error, software bug, or vulnerability in the 3fachai platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using another person's payment account to make deposits or receive withdrawals on 3fachai.

3fachai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a reasonable time following a KYC request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Under-age gaming or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
• At the player's own request — including self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, 3fachai may forfeit some or all of the balance held in that account, including both cash funds and any active bonus funds. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, the remaining verifiable cash balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

3fachai will notify players of account suspension via their registered email address where operationally practicable, except in cases where notification may compromise an ongoing investigation.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you may close your 3fachai account and withdraw your available cash balance at any time before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 3fachai that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
